You are invited to: Cecilia’s Garden

Join us for a (hopefully) sunny Sunday afternoon Garden Gathering.

Activities include:

• Some work on the paths between the garden beds – weeding and laying down newspaper and straw.
• A yummy afternoon tea
• Chatting with other garden-loving locals
• See compost tea brewing, spread some on Cecilia’s garden, and take some home to give your own garden a wonderful early spring boost!

Cecilia’s garden is relatively new, but you’ll be amazed at what she’s achieved in less than two years. She will be participating in her second Open Edible Garden event just a week later.

Remember our regular Garden Gatherings are approximately monthly and are usually between 2 and 4 pm on Sundays. They wrap up with afternoon tea provided.

Why?              It’s an opportunity to share your garden dreams and challenges, ask questions, learn and help others.

 When: Sunday 31st  August from 2pm to 4pm

Where: 16 New Street, Kyneton

What to bring: gloves, water bottle, weeding tools & watering cans to spread compost tea – also bring some clean milk or juice bottles or similar to take some compost tea home
